XBKit ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data you enter into tools
All calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or log any data you enter into our tools.
Analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. PostHog is only activated after you accept cookies via the cookie banner. We have configured PostHog with:
- IP anonymisation enabled — your IP address is never stored
- Opt-out by default — analytics only runs after you consent
- EU data residency (eu.i.posthog.com)
We track: which tools are used and which platform tabs are clicked. No personal identifiers are collected.
Advertising (PropellerAds)
We display ads via PropellerAds to support the free tools. PropellerAds may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out via the PropellerAds privacy policy.
Email subscriptions (Beehiiv)
If you choose to subscribe to our email list, your email address is stored by Beehiiv, our email platform. We use it only to send updates about new tools. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Cookies
We use cookies only for analytics (PostHog) and advertising (PropellerAds). We ask for your consent before activating analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (session state) do not require consent.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Since we store no personal data from tool usage, this mainly applies to email subscribers. Contact us to request deletion.
